Which spec would you choose?

I don't know what spec to choose but Im leaning towards the 1090t because the motherboard can support x8/x8 crossfire whilst the p8p67 le only does x16/x4 crossfire. My budget is £750 and I will be buying it some time next week. Cheers for the help

If you can sneak an extra £15 on the budget i would go with this and for get about crossfire/sli just get a better card in the first place, and if i did pick 1 of the specs from your OP then it would be the AMD build.

Both of these specs give an option to overclock in the future, when your cpu will need a bit of extra power.

The Amd spec has a better graphics card, and will also allow to go crossfirex in the future, 6950 do also scale very well. But it provides less cpu power, however you will be able to upgrade to bulldozer if need be or you can just wait until bulldozer is released (from what I've read so far it will be priced very well, it should be cheaper then sandy brigde cpus and provide similar performance to sandy bridge, but it is still mostly speculations also its avaivlable on pre-order in usa so if you decide to wait it shouldn't be too long)

The Intel spec will provide with more cpu power, but less gpu power. The motherboard also provides some features that might be usefull e.g. ssd caching, but it will not be as good for running multi gpu set ups.

Yeah thanks that makes sense. I dont want to buy a pc when bulldozer is so soon. Even if I dont buy bulldozer, the other cpus will drop down in price I believe so its a win win
