Wi-fi and Bluetooth not working!

Had new PC today.

Neither wi-fi or Bluetooth not working.
In control panel/device manager neither are shown. When you click view hidden devices they appear but when you click on the properties of both it says ‘currently the device is not connected to the computer (code. 45)
Any help?
Cheers.

Can you list your full specs from order page so we know exactly what we are dealing with?

Did you run windows updates till they were all loaded when you set up, if not it might be an idea to connect via ethernet and make sure all drivers are downloaded and installed

Hi. I’ve connected via Ethernet and updates all windows updates. No updates pending.

my order was:
1 x PC SPECIALIST - Tornado R5 Gaming PC - AMD Ryzen 5, GTX 1660, 1 TB HDD & 256 GB SSD
1 x RAZER - Power Up Bundle

Is there a function key that turns WiFi/Bluetooth on an off?

If they show as hidden devices then Windows has seen them at one time, so perhaps they're switched off somewhere?

another possibility to try is delete from device manager then scan for hardware changes which should reinstall the AX200
