The link you posted comes to 1686 Euros, not the 1100 Euros you said was your max budget?

As said, if you can post the make and model, it will be written on the monitor.
I dont really understand what u mean by that :(. sorry if im being a bit annoying this is my 1 time.

The first line means what you chose costs more than you want spend

The second line means look on the monitor for a sticker that tells you the make and model numbe

I see a dreaded green box

We love you Ukraine
I would use it for narmal and vr gaming
You wouldn't be able to do VR at this budget, you'd need around £1700

This budget wouldn't be able to get a dedicated gpu either so you'd only be able to game at low settings.

Prices are the highest they've ever been, its currently around £1400 for an entry level gaming system.

There is a way you can get a build for this price, although it's not ideal. It uses AMD's new CPU's with integrated graphics (effectively graphics built into the CPU) which will give a playable experience on more basic games for now with the idea that you're able to add in a dedicated GPU for a much improved experience once the market settles. For some expectation managment I'd give the video below a watch.

If you're looking for great performance out the box this probably isn't the way to go as you will have to suffice with lower end gaming for the time being. The other thing worth mentioning is consoles. If you're looking purely to game, the new consoles offer fantastic value. The Xbox Series X also offers keyboard and mouse operation if that's something you'd be interested in. With the money you have you could happily afford a current gen console and a nice monitor to go with

Below is the build I'd recommend if you did want to go down the integrated graphics route. You can make it cheaper in some ways, but this does come in at about your budget and offers a pretty solid base

Case
CORSAIR 4000D AIRFLOW TEMPERED GLASS GAMING CASE Solid airflow case
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G Six Core CPU with Radeon™ Graphics (3.9GHz-4.4GHz/19MB CACHE/AM4) The CPU we need for the graphics
Motherboard
ASUS® TUF GAMING B550-PLUS WiFi (DDR4, USB 3.2, 6Gb/s) - ARGB Ready! Solid mid-range motherboard that comes with WiFI
Memory (RAM)
16GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz (2 x 8GB) 16GB is ample, AMD loves fast RAM, weirdly the RGB stuff is cheaper
Graphics Card
INTEGRATED GRAPHICS ACCELERATOR (GPU)
1st M.2 SSD Drive
512GB INTEL® 670p M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 3000MB/sR | 1600MB/sW) Speedy boot SSD for Windows and applications
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB PCS PCIe M.2 SSD (2000 MB/R, 1100 MB/W) Slower but still speedy SSD for games and other files
Power Supply
CORSAIR 750W TXm SERIES™ SEMI-MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET Decent GPU that'll allow you to upgrade in the future
Power Cable
1 x 1 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead)
Processor Cooling
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 (120mm) Fan CPU Cooler Black Edition Nice CPU cooler for the 5600G
Thermal Paste
STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
Sound Card
ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Network Card

You will need to make sure it the correct type (DDR4), otherwise it wont fit on the motherboard.

If you get a different speed then it will all run at the slower speed

It's best to get the exact same model for the RAM, some of the different makes/models don't play together well.

Yeah honestly mate you really want pair the RAM with the exactly same stick you already have. RAM with different timings or different speeds can cause issues in a build

Note, I have merged the RAM question with the spec build as it makes more sense here and is presumably about this build anyway (if its not about this build I can unmerge again)

As you're still waiting for the PC would it not make sense to change the order to have 16GB? Once you're in the Pre-production stage you can ammend until your hearts content.

That said, 2400mhz is very slow for AMD (we tend to recommend 3200mhz+) so would not be the optimal choice. Also, the build you originally posted is quite unbalanced. We've recommended some much more balanced builds for your budget but got no response, it'd be great to know what you plan to do

I changed from 5600G to 5600x on my order! And i would buy RAM from somewhere else because my friend says it is cheaper :)

I would drop it to 4GB of the cheapest RAM you can get and get a paired kit from Amazon rather than mix & match.

RAM kits are sold in pairs as they are factory matched with guaranteed compatibility & timings. No 2 RAM sticks are the same but getting them in matched pairs takes away most of the issues that can be faced with incompatability.

I would strongly advise following the advice of users on here rather than your friend though. Being fiscally acute is always good but with PC hardware I would always advice caution. With a lot of things you're just introducing potential issues and imperfect build choices.
