So you haven't been charged any VAT.

You will be charged Dutch tax on import which will be around 200 Euros.

It's not possible to build a 3060ti PC at that budget, not a chance no way no how.

This is far better balanced for your budget. I'm afraid you have to accept the limitations, if you order your current system it will perform poorly and die quickly

As already said, you'd configured a SATA SSD which aren't used any more, they're old and about 7 times slower while being around th i have another question. So if i want to keep 3060 ti what things do i have to upgrade? because
Where those all the problems or are there more problems in my build?

Ok, I'm not sure how to say this, you seem to be having problems understanding what a PC is.

You can't just build a pc out of any components you like. It's a system and it all has to balance to get the performance.

If you were to order the system you'd configured, it would perform awfully, because even though it's got a 3060ti, the rest of the build can't support it, and so performance would suffer.

At your budget, YOU CAN'T AFFORD A 3060ti or anywhere close to it.

The only way you can is by raising your budget to nearer 1800 Euros.

We're 4 pages in my friend. It's some really basic stuff as far as configuring a PC goes yet it's taken 4 pages of these questions to get to this point. Have a look around the forum and check out some of the spec threads and conversations, you will see what way these conversations tend to go and where the advice tends to lead. There is a huge varied range of customer knowledge on here as well, but most can learn something new regardless of where you start (I've certainly learned a TON over the years on here). I alluded to that fact earlier with regards to how much of a meaningful decision you can make based on your starting point.

The best choice for you, in all honesty, is to give us a budget & use case and let us spec something for you and just trust us. We don't make any money from helping out at all, it's our passion to get you the best bang for your buck as we love PC tech and people enjoying it. It's genuinely the best course of action.

It's like me interior designing a room. I know what wallpaper and paint is, but past that I wouldn't know where to start. Different horses for different courses. I would categorically state that your friends advice was poor from what little example we have had so far so I would tend to discount their opinion regardless. It comes from someone thinking they are being shrewd and getting one up while actually shooting themselves in the foot.
