Windows reboots with windows stop code unexpected kernel mode trap

So seem to have fixed the BSOD error but having issues when trying to install 3rd party software or purchased games .
It seems like Windows Defender is tracking and I get
Windows protected your PC
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognised app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.
Can select more info and allows to run anyway but when try to run have errors saying file is corrupt or cannot run . This is not every case but most of the time. Even some apps from the microsoft Store fail with same error. I do not remember getting these errors in the past.

I have removed system mechanic .. not sure is this is forum for this but am getting some strange errors after downloading and trying to install some exe files ..Windows defender is asking if they are OK and even if I say install anyway fail also getting error see atached when trying to run a launcher for a game.
