sorry if this has been posted before but im on a Advent 8117 2 gig ram dual core but when ever i go on you tube it either stalls or buffers a lot any help would be great oh im on windows 7 and Google chrome

Try reinstalling/updating Adobe flash player.

ok guys done that now on some videos the sound continues while the video stalls

Try disabling hardware acceleration,right-click on the video/Click Settings/Click the tab on the left/Uncheck the 'Enable hardware acceleration' checkbox/Refresh the page or restart video.
If that works it's possible a graphics driver update will allow you to use hardware acceleration,but I would try a clean install of the graphics driver anyway.
