I wouldn't get the system pre-OCed as Ryzen's boosting features are decent and the gains from the OC are minimal - depending how PCS do it you can actually lose performance.
A non-OCed build also opens up the Gigabyte X470 mobo which hsa a similar set of features for ~£70 less.
You can stick to the RX 580 unless you're really bothered about about all 3 free games (you get 2 with 580, 3 with 590 https://www.amd.com/en/gaming/raise-the-game). Save yourself £40 and some power consumption.
Maybe get a cheaper CPU cooler like the CM212x.

Intel have a shortage of manufacturing capacity for their 14nm stuff. So prices are currently very high. Intel's default pricing makes value for money hard to argue, and the current shortage makes it more or less impossible.
I was having that problem posting specs yesterday.
I'd avoid the V200 as some smaller website reviews suggested airflow was an issue, which I can believe with the small spaces for air intake at the front. The Corsair 460x would be better, though PCS are out of stock. You could phone them today to ask about stock, or send in your own case.
I think you'd notice no difference at all. Go for the ED Black in view of the price difference.
Looks great!
Do you need the wifi card?
The design is fine for the Meshify, I suppose it's just down to aesthetic preference, if you want the bundled RGB fans.
PCS have the 570X by Corsair. It's a bit bigger, but still not truly massive:
480mm (L) x 234mm (W) x 512mm (H) https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Cases/570x-rgb-config/p/CC-9011098-WW#
440mm (L) x 220mm (W) x 464mm (H) https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categ...GB-Compact-ATX-Mid-Tower-Case/p/CC-9011101-WW
If you're looking for a mid-range priced case to send in to PCS that isn't too large, try the NZXT S340, which PCS used to offer. It's ~£70 or so in most places. Or from PCS's range the Corsair 275R is fine.
