Okay sure thing. So what should my next step be now? Install Nvida GeForce Experience?
No, don't install geforce experience, you install the actual driver, do a custom install and leave out the HDAudio component

Then once that's installed you need to install the management driver ( control center or gaming center I think it's called on the TongFangs)

Okay, so what is the actual driver? I'm just really cautious to not make the same mistake as last time at this point.

These are all the Drivers that PCS sent me.

Okay, so I've installed the Nvida Graphics driver as well as the Tongfang Control Centre. This is what my device manager looks like now.

Is there anything next I should do now? Or can I run a benchmark to see the results?
The only thing that's now missing should be the THX control panel, but that won't affect performance.

You should be ready to do some benchmarks now.

Make sure your power management settings are right before doing so though, if it's on battery saver or something, that will obviously reduce performance.

Okay so I ran a quick benchmark on Userbenchmarks and I am officially annoyed. I followed the advice to the letter as described in this thread and the results are exactly the same. Shocking performance from my laptop. I ran 2 tests to be sure, but these are the results.

Also, I noticed during the benchmark I got a warning "WARN: skipping NVIDIA RTX 3070 LAPTOP GPU - unable to locate attached display"

Are we now at the stage to say this is a hardware issue?

I am also downloading 3D Mark and will run a benchmark on that, but I am not expecting anything different. Extremely unimpressed with PCSpecialist. I spent a lot of money on this machine, and I am not happy with it at all.

So go into task manager and sort by CPU to see what's using your CPU.

There's something stealing resources.

TBH, it's very likely that trashy userbenchmark tool I'm guessing, the very first thing I would do is completely remove that as it's nothing more than malware anyway. Never use userbenchmark, it's utter garbage and has no relation to anything of any use.

Just downloading now. Should be done soon.

It's on high performance.
Whilst the benchmark is open, make sure you have task manager open sorted by cpu. If anything aside from firestrike is showing high up then take a screenshot and upload.

Also install HWMonitor and monitor cpu package temps whilst doing so:

Never make an assumption on an issue being present without conclusive proof, and never use userbenchmark.
