The averages for both were taken over 2 mins. I'm not really sure if the fan sound is actually an issue or if I'm setting my expectations of the noise levels too high.

Yeah, I'm not really sure why because the CPU temps show up in the gaming center, I tried reinstalling it but the CPU temps and the fan speed don't show up.
