    I did send it off. They didn't fix the issue and wanted me to send the laptop back again when I needed the laptop for work. The service was not good.

    Thanks for the suggestions! Sadly, the cable split is a recent issue. My cat bit the cable. I was unable to resolve the battery issue and it is still having problems.

    How do I determine which charger is the right one to buy? The one I got with the laptop has a slit ion the cable so wires are poking out. Thanks!

    Hello, My charging port isn't working as it should be. I can leave my laptop on charge when I am not using it and I now have a 50-50 chance of the battery gaining charge. Is this covered under the warranty? If yes, how do I claim on the warranty? Thank you, Ben
