I have currently the ryzen 5 5600 x parted with the Asus x570 gaming plus motherboard and Im thinking of changing it for the i5 12600k and the Asus prime z 690-p wifi.

Almost everytime I turn on my pc it turns off few seconds later the first time. I turn on my monitor then the pc it says no signal and shuts down completely then i turn it back on again and its perfectly fine.
My pc motherboard makes one continous beep then 4 short ones after which means a hardware failure but this happens when i turn on the pc before i turn on the monitor.
If i turn on the minitor first then the pc its fine is this supposed to happen or do i need to check this out more.
Rtx 3060 ti with core clock of 1740 MHz and runs time spy 11800 and ryzen 5 5600 x 7900 on time spy checked the name speeds and it was at advertised speed I do think the cpu may be underperforming but im not sure.
