This is something ive briefly drew up, Still under your 1500 budget and of course somethings can be changed, for example..the case (you may or may not like it or have a specific case in mind), you might want more RAM but 4gig is enough to tackle gaming right now.
this rig also has some future proofing ( SLI compatible Mobo, 1000w PSU)
Also this rig doesnt include a wireless card or monitor, if your needing em then you can drop the CPU down to a i5 2500 and drop the graphics card down to a Nvidia GeForce 570 which would give you a total of £1,192 (without the monitor or wireless card(£16) )

Like Sie but with i5 2500, Better SSD (Could wait for the OCZ 3 series), Caviar green as storage drive (Black is unnecessary as a secondary drive)
Could you confirm if you need a wireless card or any peripherals (Monitor, keyboard, mouse etc....)
