Just a quick question on the subject of the AMD Bulldozer range of CPU's.
Now, obviously you have the quad core, six-core and eight-core..with the quad having the higher CPU frequency. As the price is pretty cheap for the highest priced (i think), which is the eight core...will i get a better CPU performance from a lower frequency eight cores for gaming and everyday use, maybe video editing, photoshop..etc, compared to a higher frequency quad core?
I would just like to know this as I don't mind paying for the eight cores if they will be in my best interest, which will be high end gaming and general everyday use with the odd high intense CPU usage programs like video editing.
Thanks
