Any parts problems?

Cpu: ryzen5 5600x
Cooler: pcs frostflow 150 series high performance cooler?
RAM: 2×8GB corsair vengeance 3600 speed
Gpu: rtx 3080
Motherboard: asus tuff gaming b550 plus wifi / Asus strix b550-F gaming
PSU: 750W gold+ certified semi modular.
Looking for 1440p gaming with 1440p 144hz monitor and also need help on whether the pcs frostflow Air coolers are sufficient, whether asus tuff motherboard is worth saving a tiny bit of money on, and if 750W is satisfactory. I left out 3TB of total storage with SSD and HDD.
