Hi. Impossible to say since we don't know what you intend to use the PC for. We don't know what monitor you are pairing it with and we don't know your budget. Too many unknowns.

What I can say is that choosing a 10th Gen Intel CPU on a already obsolete Z590 motherboard, when they are now on a far superior 12th Gen, makes very little sense. Choosing the 1660 Ti GPU is probably paying more for less. RAM is too slow. Storage sub-optimal. Why choose the SATA SSD? The PSU is an office class one. The cooler probably inadequate etc.

The spec needs a major overhaul but unless you can answer the questions above it's hard for us to offer you ideas.

My son is wanting a pc the budget is £1500 all he wants to play on it is valorant, Grand theft auto, Minecraft and he wants it to run anywhere above 60 fps. I don’t have a clue really is this a good budget and what would be the best to get him. I can extend the budget if needed but not too much mate an extra couple hundred. This doesn’t include monitors or keyboards or anything like that. Help will be appreciated.

What is the budget for the monitor? The resolution of the monitor will play a big part in determining the GPU selection. If you're looking at less than £200 I would save on the system and get a 1660 Super or 2060 (if available). Otherwise you would want to aim around the £300 mark and opt for a 1440p 144hz screen (What I would recommend regardless).
