Hi All,

The Corsair 600T case is due out in August 2010 and will be available to spec on our site. Check out the case here http://www.corsair.com/products/600t/default.aspxand let us know your thoughts on this and any other cases.

This looks amazing, I loved my 800D (I had to sell it to earn some quick dollar) and will definitely be picking this one up when I can.

OCUK have it on preorder for £135, which in my opinion is way over priced.

Any ideas when this will be added to your configurators Mr. pcspecialist?

As soon as its released and stock is availiable i would imagine. I can see this one being around for a while.

We expect stock to arrive mid/late August however we don't have a date set in stone yet. As soon as stock is in, it will be available for purchase on our website.

I own the 800D.

At the minute no, as the size of the 800/700D is prohibative. We have custom packaging which is very expensive to have designed etc, as there is only one case that big the sums dont really add up.

Also i think if we were to ship one fully loaded our couriers would sue for back injury :)

I took mine to a LAN party on saturday, my forearm is now a big black bruise. The case is 61cm by 61cm and made with some sort of bizarre lead injected steel, it weighs more than me. Brilliant case, should come with a free forklift though.

Although now that I've looked, the dimensions per the Corsair website is 609 x 229 x 609 (H x W x D), which is well inside what your configurator specifies for "select your own case" systems (650 x 300 x 650).

Assuming this is correct, I think there's a very good chance that you'll be receiving an 800D through the post from me shortly :D

The website is incorrect and will be amended shortly, our packaging can fit a maximum of 598mm H - 300mm W - 628mm D, the only way to do an 800D would be to use the box it comes in which would be uninsured and very likely to be damaged in transit once fully loaded.

We've amended the website now to max 600mm x 300mm x 630mm, which is roughly the size of the CoolerMaster Cosmos 1000 case. As Gorman said our packaging cannot take the 800D case and we would not be happy to ship out a fully loaded computer is the original case box.

We're based on the outskirts of Huddersfield in Holmfirth, which sits in-between Manchester, Sheffield and Leeds. Perhaps you could collect your order if you live close enough?
