Feedback on a recent Fault with my laptop

Good afternoon Forum users and potential PC Specialist customers,

I thought it pertinent to highlight the excellent customer service recently received from Jack and the RMA team.

This is a brief outline due to the fact the team handled the problem very quickly and without fuss, and whilst many find the time to complain, I don't see many customers writing to express their thanks.

So, Last Saturday the 5th October I switched my gaming laptop on and a thin Red Line immediately appeared off centre which was an annoyance and an indication the screen itself was faulty.
Fortunately I had taken a warranty out when I bought the laptop so was covered for return, parts and labour. A fairly quick phone call later and the laptop was in line to be collected on Monday from my place of work.

Monday came and the laptop was collected about 2pm, and was duly delivered the following day. There were several emails from the team over the course of the week and all answered very promptly with accurate information provided.

The end result was that the HD screen was replaced and the laptop sent out via Courier on Thursday which was delivered in a timely and convenient manner by DPD. It was a text-book example of how it should work and I have no complaints at all. In fact I write this to commend PC Specialist with their after sales service - my laptop has provided many many hours of hassle free enjoyment since purchased 2 years previously, is still handling most games I throw at it with relative ease, and feel that recognition where it's earned should be pointed out.

Well done, and thanks.

That's good to hear :) jack also handled my RMA request last week and it just took a few minutes on the phone and dispatched the same day.

What is 'RMA'? I haven't worked out what the acronym is yet. I've worked out it is with regards to a 'return'...?
