Can someone tell me how much power does a 1.25gb nvidia geforce gtx 570 uses? because when i click proceed it says it only needs a 600w power supply but when i click on the question mark next to the graphics card option when im designing my pc it says it needs a minimum of 650w :S

right i have just done the spec you have above and selected a underpowered PSU just to get the figures.

1.We notice that you have selected a 450W power supply, but based on our calculations we recommend you change your selection to a 600W power supply because your computer could require up to 552W of power including a 20% allowance.

so you will be ok with the 600W PSU

as nemesis said if you want to future proof just incase you ever get a higher powered graphics card or add to the system i would up it to the 650W

also if you can spend a bit more i would get the caviar black HDD (forget that the mother board only goes up to 3GB/s)

Like Fear said i would upgrade the First HDD to a caviar black for quicker boot times and program loads.
And maybe a caviar green as your secondary (not so important)

sorry nemesis i didn't notice straight away but motherboard only supports 3GB/s so it's a waste of the caviars 6GB/s but i also just remembered that it will boost the cache from 16MB to 64MB so it will still be better.

Yeh and im pretty sure that the caviar drives dont make use of even half of the speeds offered by sata 6gb/s

In fact i dont think there are any mechanical drives that benefit greatly from SATA 6gb/s as they just dont reach those speeds
