Yeah, looks like yours won't shipped out until early next week. I'm in the same boat, but mine's been in QC now for 4 days.

Mhm, most of it was alright speed wise except for it taking 6 normal days to get through processing alone then 6 through pre-production, I think that's probably why its gone over the 10-12 day estimate (12th now and just entered QC)

Well, fingers crossed yours won't have any problems in QC like mine has.

Did you get it on finance? If not you might be able to change the delivery address if you give them a call.
No one's going to be home when mine eventually comes, and I tried to change the delivery to my work address, but because of the finance agreement it has to be sent to the address on my invoice.

Can't you guys just leave a note on your door to get it delivered to your neighbors or someone?
That's what I plan to do when mine gets dispatched (If no ones here). :)

I'll cross that bridge if it doesn't arrive early next week as planned :p No need to worry about it yet, that's just anticipating QC errors.

From what i can tell at the top of my case the back fan hole is letting a lot of cold air from it which is good, i might just install one led fan in the front space as thats not as cold

if you could mod ya 240 eco rad on top of two 200mm fans. As a few guys said on the thread it would probably be more of a hindrance to the airflow than be of much use.

Has to go back to the local depot that the van came out of, be scanned in, paperwork completed, loaded into a truck to be taken to the next nearest depot to you (or same one if you are indeed very near to PCS/DPD depot) and then scanned for arrival + loaded into another van for delivery the following morning.

Hi folks,

So I'm in the 7th working day and still in pre-production. Guess the 10-12 days is probably a bit hopeful for my system.

Any ideas when I might see movement to build, based on current workload?

Mine went into building the 11th working day and it went into testing today (17th working day)

Yeahs, mines on 9th day and still in pre-production to. I really hope it goes into building soon. Time gets slower and slower the longer it takes :p

Mine went into building on the 13th day, edging on to day 15 now... still got QC, testing, dispatch and delivery to go... feels like an endless agony waiting...HAHA, it's going to be great when it finally arrives though. :D

Day 11 and in building - yeah!

I read on the forums that occasionally PCS append 'notes' to your order if something's missing or fails testing, for example. Where would I find them if I had any?

Afaik, if you go to your account page on the main site and go to "View or Track Orders", there is a section at the bottom for "Tasks". Most of the time this will say

"There are currently no tasks for Order Number XXXXXX. Tasks are created by members of the PC Specialist team when a modification is required on an order. For example, if you called our customer services and requested an item adding to your order, this will show up here."

Having never had a task attached, I cannot tell you what it would say if there is one, but I THINK this is where notes about delays etc are recorded.

(Correct me if I am wrong and I will edit this with a picture of something cute :) )
