I see. Well hopefully mine is too :). From what I have seen, my laptop looks awesome, I was just in a mood because I waited so long. I am impressed with it apart from the issue of not starting up obviously but i'm sure pcs will sort it for me :D

I understand, had the same issue with my pc but technical support was always helpful. Pretty sure you will get your laptop back soon.
 
I forgot to say, The guy on the phone was VERY helpful. Although the issue couldn't be resolved over the phone I found I was impressed with support he gave me. Credit to the tech guys :)

No worries, even after the issues experienced with my PC I am still impressed with the quality of service. I am purchasing a 2nd desktop for my brother in a couple of months and I'll choose PCS again for sure.
