Well when you work full time with limited breaks 5 minutes is a life time.. i understand about call queues and the fact they have more than 1 customer..

But if I made a promise to someone and did not follow it up I would have a lot more time on my hands as I would be out of a job..

At the end of the day we failed to satisfy your 3 working day fast-track purchase. Instead it was dispatched in 5 days and a full refund given for the fast-track service costs. We're sorry that you don't have 5 minutes to wait on hold and that because of this your blood is boiling to the point where you will never purchase from us again.

We're also sorry that you had to spend 5 minutes scouring through our forums to find a negative thread started over a month ago to contribute your obismal experience to.
