Need help with building a PC

Hello everyone. First of all I hope everyone is having a nice Easter weekend with their familys and loved ones .
Now , I need help with building a PC . I wont be posting any spec because whatever I put will be just random stuff because I have no idea about anything . Hopefully that wont be too big of a problem and someone can help me/advise me.

Im looking to get an AMD PC for gaming.
My budget would be up to 2000 euros ( willing to strech it a littleeeee bit higher if there is an noticable upgrade)
Those 2000 euros would be for PC only .
As I dont have a monitor I would need help with that aswell . Im looking to get 2 monitors (maybe one if 2 is too much , then get 2nd one in near future).
1st monitor would be the one for gaming so something thats compatible with GPU that would be in the PC .
2nd monitor would be used just for browsing internet/youtube . That one can be just basic monitor , nothing special or fancy.
Budget for both would be 500 euros.

I hope I put up everything needed , and that there wont be problems bot putting any specs , cause again I really have no idea .
Any advice/spec would be appriciated
If I miss spelled anything I apologize , English is not my first language.
Thank you

2000 Euros @Ash_ so about £1700,

What about something like this? just paired back Ash's spec a little...main saving is the 6700XT over a RTX 3070 so raytracing suffers a little (performance like a RTX 2070 with raytracing apparently) but otherwise quite comparable and a big saving in price...

Ah if it is euro’s then 6700XT all the way (thought the price had gone to close to 3070 now, but clearly still a large saving)

6700XT is still about £170 less than a RTX 3070... so looks like its closing, theyve gone pre order only now too... didnt think that was there before could be wrong..

I dont think that gap will last a huge amount longer though, my guess is the original stocks of the 6700XT are shifting fast.

Thank you both very much for the specs.
I didnt mention above , but I dont know how is cooling in those specs you posted? Is a little bigger investment in cooling good option? Or this is enough . In my head better cooling means longer lasting parts as its not getting so hot while playing .. maybe I am mistaken .

It’s got an AIO water cooler, it’s substantially better than an air cooling. More than enough for that chip which is only 65w

Lian Li Lancool case is very good for cooling, the Coolermaster 240 has two fans and a radiator that will go up in the roof and as mentioned, is watercooling. Its a good cooler at a very good price.

You should get years and years out of the build above, only really would want to upgrade GPU every 2-3 years and would think thats mostly it in terms of upgrades for nearly a decade if looked after well.

This is what Ive come up with , PC and 2 monitors .
I am looking to buy a gaming PC that will be good for 2,3 years to come without any/or little upgrade . I do not plan to game constantly on it as I am working and my free time is limited , but I want to have a good setup when I do.
my budget with 1 monitor would be 2500 euros .
How does this setup look ? I am not expirienced so I do need some assistance .
Is asus strix 550f motherboard good with this config or should I save somewhere else to go for a better one?
And last question I got is about main monitor , should I get better one as I have no idea about monitors to be honest.
2nd monitor is not important as I just want to have is a a commodity .
