As far as I know weekends do not count as part of the working days.i was just wondering if pc specialist worked on saturadays, as building/testing? this is just so i can estimate about when it will be done by if no errors occur
That is a really dangerous thing to do, I'd advise you don't try and estimate when it will be done and just keep counting the days That way you're less likely to get disappointed if its slightly delayed
But as Keynes said, working days include Mon-Fri. I know they man the phones on Saturdays and I believe they sometimes work weekends during exceptionally busy periods (ie Christmas etc.) but I wouldn't count on that at all!
it was for calculating if it was goin to be arriving on a day that im at uni for an exam
dpd give you the option to arrange a different delivery date.
To clarify the original question.
PCS' working days run Monday to Friday inclusive, Call Centre work on Saturdays but with half manpower. It is very difficult to predict your order production time and is much easier once it is in testing.
