Slow internet (Ethernet)

Didn't see it mentioned previously, but are you using an old/twisted ethernet cable, can you try a new one or a different port on the back of the router (do you know what version Virgin Hub you have?)?

You can also try the tester on SamKnows to see what the Virgin Hub is reporting vs what your device is reporting (in my case 1153mbps to the router vs 938mbps to the computer.
