Thanks, I wonder why processing takes so long, I dont understand what processing involves, considering pre production is where the parts are sourced. It seems that processing would theregfore be payment clearence etc, which according to my baknk has been successful anyway. Hmmm.

Some of the processing time may be waiting for the bank to actually release the money to PCS, cos as with many things the money disappears from your account virtually immediately but doesn't reache the intended payee for a couple of days (as far as I can tell earning the relevant bank interest instead of earning you or the payee the interest - note: this may be horribly inaccurate :)).

Such a pain lol :( hopefully it will clear by the end of today, I mean I ordered it saturday afternoon, and technically this is only day 1 (working day) but hopefully the bank transfer has had enough time by this afternoon. I really want it to be in pre-production tomorrow, plus I know everything is in stock :) so hopefully (but probably over optimistically) be in build by wednesday :p lol.

If you didn't order fast track (which I don't think you did - though I may be wrong) then I wouldn't be holding your breath for it being in build by wednesday, cos well it's not going to happen.
The pre-production is not just time for ordering bits in, it's mostly for sitting in a queue for it to be built, cos lots of others have ordered before you.

Well as we know, Banks dont seem to function...on weekends :) So yes, give it a couple of days, then perhaps query it again?

Just got message off my colleague who went and bugged one of the specialists (sorry), according to them there are roughly 380 computers on the queue (PCs) and they get through about 80 - 100 a day. Obviously this is complete guesswork but I reckon since I ordered on saturday and assumign a constant queue size give ro take a few, so I reckon theres maybe been about 100 or so orders since I ordered mine, meaning im 280 ish on the queue. Bearing in mind thats 280/80 worst case (if my queue position is infact 280) then I should be looking at spending a further 3.5 days in processing.

Oh dear I am not looking forward to the rest fo this wait, I have done no work today :( lolol

Seems processing is taking quite a while. I ordered mine last Wednesday and it is still in processing.

Remember if you are going through finance (don't know if you are or not) it will probably take longer than a straight off payment as the finance company have to get their stuff sorted, though even if not it depends on the banks playing nice.

Luckily im not finance :) however my bank better play nice lol. I can imagien my wallet is not happy with me at the moment, especially as I went on Steam yesterday too on the last day of sale to buy a load of games I thought would be good on the new pc lol

This may help, I ordered my setup on mon 27th June (after hours) Payment was a debit card, on tuesday it was in pre production up until the 11th july (which is 10 working days total) and on that same day it went to "in build" and later that day to "in testing" It is currently in Quality control (12th july) i will expect this to dispatch tommorow (if no probs in quality control) for it to be hugged and kissed by me on thursday 14th july total of 12 working days. I equally could not have the 5 day delivery option because my graphics card need to be ordered in.

COOLERMASTER CM ENFORCER
I7 2600k 3.4 ghz
8 gb kingston hyper RAM
AMD Radeon hd6970
P67 Sabertooth motherboard
1.5 tb hard drive cavier black
Blu ray x24
Iiyama prolite multi touch 22" monitor.
Answer to your question is I HATE WAITING equally. all in all what I read about this company before ordering is spot on, great service and and great feedback i would like to thank jack, mathew, darrin, mustafa, for listening to me every day this week badgering them about when it will arrive I have actually spoken to them more than my wife so boys well done keep it up. order number 400874

Well after graduating from my degree today with a first class honours, being awarded for highest overall grade, being nominated for best european engineering student of the year award I didn't think day could go much better.

I was wrong, my computer is in pre-production :) Woohoo.
