If you phone up PCS and ask them to guide you through what you want to do, I imagine that they would be happy to help you out free of charge (excluding phone costs)
RMA approved, the table will be collected tomorrow. Apart from the wireless the tablet is great, pretty light, bright screen and very responsive touch screen. Will try to do a review once I get the wireless sorted.
