Wacky 8400GS

Okay so I have some question about my NVIDIA GEFORCE 8400GS,

Firstly I'd like to know how the hell my 8400Gs is running DX11? o_o

Also my 8400GS doesn't seem to understand what the word "Temperature" means.

I opened MSI Afterburner and saw that my temperature was at 56 rarely hitting 57

So I steadily started to overclock my 8400GS up by 20MHz and leave it for a minute or so to see how it coped, I did this until i got to the maximum overclockable speeds.

I pulled this face when I saw there was no temperature increase.

Can someone please tell me how the hell a card as crap as the 8400GS can handle such an overclock with no/1C temp increase.

WHAT IS THIS I DON'T EVEN.

1. The 8400gs does not support DX11 in hardware, the DXdiag info you are seeing is the level of DX installed in Windows, by default in 7 this is DX 11.

2. My guess is Afterburner doesnt support the card and the readings are false.

Either that or someone's installing liquid nitrogen on your card everytime you use it
