What resolution is the monitor 1080p or 1440p, what is it going to be used for, just gaming or will there be other uses such as streaming, editing etc

Also, I went on display settings and checked the max hz it can go up and it was 120 so I guess thats what the Hz of the moniter is. the monitor that I'm using right now is 1920 x 1080 (resolution) and 120hz but I might (not sure) be getting another one which should be a 144hz and 1920 x 1080. This pc I would like will be used for mainly gaming but I would also like to use it for maybe streaming and a lot of editing software like Unity, blender, photoshop, and other stuff, etc.

For editing and streaming I'd suggest 5800X but for this budget you probably will need to go with 5600X.

Also, will you use only one 1080p monitor or both 1080p? Keep in mind that 1080p 27inch isn't a good monitor for gaming as it's an office low image output quality monitor. Will you get a new 1080p in 24inch?

I could buy a 24inch 140hz monitor but it won't really look nice on my desk. could. I will be using both monitors on the single pc. could you maybe suggest be some good monitors that are 144hz 24 inches and curved?

I’ve left the GPU out because if you’re staying at 1080p, the upcoming RTX 3050 is likely to be the card for you, should be retailing at somewhere between £275-£300.

Monitor-wise, I wouldn’t bother going for anything above 24 inches at 1080p. The image quality will suffer the bigger the screen gets. Going for a curved monitor at that size is essentially pointless, you don’t get any tangible benefit. A great 144Hz monitor with IPS panel is this one...

Very much agree regarding curved 1080p - decent curved monitors starts from 1440p because 1080p would be 24inch and 24inch curved monitor looks funny - like a little jar on a desk :geek:

what about the graphics card RTX 3060? And also, I prefer curved monitors to normal monitors. I've been using a curved monitor for a few years now and personally, I would rather them to straight monitors. in fact, I used to have a 24-inch curved monitor but i had to sell it so i could get this new one monitor (27 inch curved 120hz).

all of those are way higher than 24 inches.
Yep, because 24inch curved is a crazy stuff and people don't want to buy crazy stuff, and if people don't want, manufacturers don't manufacture, sellers don't sell. I quickly looked but couldn't find - it means it's not popular. That's a sign that it's not a good idea and I wouldn't ignore signs ;)

but if I get a normal monitor it will look horrible standing next to my curved monitor. I'm not trying to say they're a bad type of monitor but I just generally prefer curved.

@Citrus_9 is correct, there’s no 24 inch curved monitors flooding the market because there’s no need for them. The idea of a curved monitor is to make the field of view easier on the eye by reducing the amount of head movement involved, thus making it more immersive. A 24 inch monitor is small enough that this technique isn’t at all necessary, your eyes can simply dart to the corners of the screen without any head movements required.

I get that and I don't even try to change your mind. I have my opinion and explained what it's based on with even examples to the websites. If I new a good 24inch 1080p curved, I'd definitely recommend as asked to ;)

Excellent! Very well explained ;)

fair enough. I guess after listening to good points from you guys and from others I should probably get a straight monitor.

These are the best:

I have myself the Asus VG 259Q (there're two versions: 24 and 25inch, both pretty much same)
