Wires resting on GPU

Hi guys,
Just a quick query, I looked into my case today and noticed that the wires from my PSU hang down and lie across the back of my GTX470 and was wondering if this might cause problems? Not really sure where they could go as they have to tuck in behind the GPU to get to the connector on the mobo. Picture below

How can I remove dust from the top of the GPU? Carefully with compressed air?

Also my PC just had a funny minute where it decided, for no reason what so ever that I could see, to reboot itself without me asking. Odd I thought :S

dont think it will cause a problem better on the back of ur GPU than the front with the fan. could be disastrous if it was :p as for dust, some people get anti static cloths and gently wipe it off. many ways really.

Looks like a fan connector to me, re route it if its in the way to another fan header on the mainboard.

I wouldnt spray compressed air directly onto the card, liquid sometimes comes out of those things.

An anti-static cloth or brush is probably better. Although the dust layer isnt really an issue until it gets a lot thicker.
