Key consideration with the below is space, I do not have a lot of room hence the mini gaming pc mainly for Call of Duty and Overwatch

I suspect the components are pretty unbalanced but your throughts would be appreciated

I would recommend to not buy windows 10 if your comfortable with installing windows and the necessary drivers.

Maybe go for 2 sticks of RAM instead of 1. The reason being that majority RAM is designed to run in a dual channel configuration meaning you will not get the best performance out of a 1x16gb single channel configuration. 1x16gb RAM will limit the potential you can get out of it. So change that to 2x8gb RAM.
