In teh future could you please just make one topic about your queries and ask new questions in the one thread please.

No, the GTX 470 beats the 5850, and the 5870 beats the GTX 470.

If youre not overclocking, you dont need either. Lso that motherboard is seriously overkill if youre going for a budget GPU and not overclocking. The P6X58D-E would be a way better suited board and the extra money could be put into a much better gpu. For cooling, the triple heatpipe cooler or titan fenrir at the limit, is all you need.

850 is too much power, even if u added another 5670. Again, that 2000mhz RAM is uber overkill :p Go down to atleast 1600mhz. Upgrade hard disk to a WD10EARS and gpu to atleast a 5770.

The system would be able to run both of those cards happily by themselves, you should be able to get two 460's on that powersupply in SLi.

Bit pointless tho, you cant team them together so the 460 would have to be used as a physx card. Tbh id forget about the 5700 series, if you want a good gaming machine u want 5800 series

CORSAIR 650W PSU (TX650) 80+ ULTRA QUIET (£76)
TITAN FENRIR EVO EXTREME HEATPIPE CPU COOLER (£39)
