More like the cheap and cheerful option.

Gf100 gives better:

Physx
Tesselation
Higher res performance (unless you SLI 2gb models)

And of course you are not reliant on a multiple GPU setup which is not as much of a problem with Nvidia but can still cause issues with some games.

This is one more build the price is very close to the above
if i overclocked it to 3.2 would it have the power of i7-960?
cos if it has then i should keep this because it can have the power of i7-960

The i7-950 and i7-960 are pretty much identical apart from the clock speed so if you overclocked it you'd get a CPU that was equal to or better than the i7-960 (depending on what speed you settled on).

Infernocy i strongly suggest you spec an 'overclocked pc' on pcs website, because, the i7 950 is the cpu they offer the overclock on, from 2.80ghz to 3.80ghz, no extra cost unless u buy artic paste. Advantage: No voided warranty on cpu which WILL happen if u oc it urself.

the difference is between i7950 and i7 960 is £200 so its better to buy the i7950 overclocked and buy one more 1gb 460

i dont intent to overclocked it but i see that i can achieve the speed of i7 960 if i buy the i7950 overclocked and put one more 1gb 460

thanks guys

You mean get it pre-overclocked by PCS? Wise decision, I also like the idea of a 2nd GTX 460.

yep this what i mean

ok this is the build

hopefully this is ok with everything
this build uses 692w power
