As I said before, anything you’ve been told is an estimate, at the rate you’re going you will make the wait a lot worse. Just be patient and allow PCS to do their work.

I ordered my PC on 23rd ._. Still "pre-production" !
I really wouldn't be hoping for this week in all honesty! :censored:
Hopefully a pleasant surprise will mean it will be in fact this week.

Putting expectations on it is where the problems set in. At the moment you've got that 9 days as a fixed number, that's what's going to cause problems because you will become antsy tomorrow if you don't hear from them.

Put on a nice picture of clouds and sunshine on the TV, play some Orb - Little Fluffy Clouds, close you're eyes and let the journey take you where you need to go

I am a terribly impatient person.. mainly because i am at home at the time.. i am disabled and unable to work so twiddling my fingers and waiting for a laptop to appear is all i am doing!

I am trying to watch tv episodes etc and do other stuff so i dont get too antsy i suppose it doesnt help i ordered over the christmas/new year period.

So what laptops/pcs are people ordering?

I'm guessing Desktop PC's take longer than Laptops.
That's just a guess thou.

You should start watching a TV show! or Do some chores if you are able! :)

I don't think the issue is with stock, is more to do with amount of orders to employee ratio, along with the holidays orders have probably pilled up more than usual.
I'm sure PCS are doing their best.

Check out the new Dracula series, it’s on BBC iPlayer, would highly recommend, only 3 episodes of 2 hours each, but good fun.

Ha ha!!!! Nice one!

Now you'll find the refresh button gets hit even MORE frequently!

Now it's in the build phase, you'll find it moves quite quickly through to dispatch, unless there are problems found in the testing phase.

Yay.. i will try not to hit the button that often! i totally skipped the Pre-Production Phase..

I was starting to feel a little downheartened when at 6am this morning i recieved this email :

We are currently processing your order (number 1#####) and we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Your order has so far been processing for 5 - 6 working days. Because of the way our production facility works, sometimes orders can take longer to enter the building and testing process, but please be assured that we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Orders are normally shipped within 2 - 3 days after being assembled.

On average, we are currently dispatching PC orders in 8 to 10 working days, laptops orders in 7 to 9 working days and Liquid Series® orders in 10 to 12 working days from the point of ordering. This is an average dispatch time, so naturally this means that some orders will take longer than this.

Then by 8.10 i recieved the email saying i was in the building phase
