Oh if youre specing in euros and getting at Indian prices then just get an i7 2600, a GTX 570 and a good PSU, job done.

PSU: AX850 or AX1200 if youre going for quite a heavy amount of gpus. Cooling: Custom loop or H70/Antec Kuhler H2O 920/Titan Fenrir/NH-D14/Megahalem etc etc..
