Dear Linda,
I do have a DISC INSTALLATION for drivers and there is Creative driver also, I tried running two times, it is creating folders but it's not installing files.

That just won't show any errors if it experiences any.
Have you turned off controlled folder access?
Hold on, what's that pathway? This is from the clevo download page is it? The pathway looks rather odd?

It needs to be off otherwise it will block installation.
you need to be installing from the latest package on clevo, the CD one will be outdated.

I downloaded from clevo website. and my laptop number is P775TMI
Is it correct selection ?
And when I am trying to run ''creativeaudioeffectscomponent, it run successfully and I installed it, but when I am trying to run ''SPKEQ_CLV_PCAPP_US_1_01_62. it's not running. I kept controlled folder access as ''off'' only. how to make it run ? I also turned off internet protection, firewall off, but still it's not running.

I don't think you're downloadint he correct installer, I think that's an update rather than a full installation file? Are you sure that's the latest one also? Seems very old.

Finally I got SBX driver setup files from PCS ''technical support'' for creative Sound and I installed it successfully.Can you help me in setting up the sound please. And what is this OpenAL folder in creative ?

Just run it from task manager and set it how you need.

I am happy to inform you that the laptop is performing it's best. I have sorted out the issue with software vendor, and today I performed simulation and I used parallel solvers coupled and it solved it in no time, CPU went upto 100 % at some points and solved it in just 56 minutes which usually takes around 20 to 24 hours or sometimes more. Please find the attachments, you can see my simulation software in background. The only issue I saw is that the CPU temperatures are going upto 100 degree C. Is it throttling ?But I agree that for 56 minutes the CPU was on full roaring, so it definitely heat up 😉, Do I need to buy an external cooling fan stand for it ?

Yes, it will be thermal throttling at 100c, an undervolt would be required.

Yes, Probably I think the problem was with the software. But resetting the BIOS also helped it because the first PCS guy who did changes in power management had messed the settings, the second PCS expert reset the BIOS which helped CPU to get back to it's normal position.
Regarding the undervolt, If you remember we have already tried undervolting, but it's not going below -0.05 V which is already kept default since the delivery. I am thinking of buying a cooling pad, what would you say ?

Cooling pad won't work until thermals are under control.
There's no reason an undervolt won't work, if it wasn't working before it was either being done incorrectly or because of the changes that were done before resetting the BIOS.
Everyone that has this laptop has applied an undervolt, it's the only way to get the thermals under control.

Just for safety, I asked in PCS about undervolting, they asked me ''not to do'' any changes in BIOS by undervolting, but I explained the problem of high temperatures I am receiving. So today I got reply back from PCS to perform undervolt. So, let's get started keeping fingers crossed.
But if you remember, last time I said that this laptop has already undervolted at -0.050 mV since the delivery. Also if you see in the dashboard of both CC2.0 and HWMonitor. It's already showing -50mV in CC2.0 & -0.051 V in HWMonitor. Can I perform undervolting using XTU utility from this value or do we need to set it to ''zero'' first ?

I did Windows updates today and shutdown in afternoon, and now I switched on my Laptop it's not starting, it is showing the screen of PCS ''Diagnosing your PC''. Now why this problem arized for no reason just because of updates ?
