I'm guessing your build could be more involved or they've had trouble gathering specific parts. Just a guess but more than likely that's the case.

No mate, not fast tracked and it arrived today.Have you checked to see if there are any notes on your build?
Yeah checked, no notes, emailed them, got a we have prioritised generic email, I suspect is meant to shut me up for a few more days, it went to testing yesterday. I'm not in a rush, its just would be nice to get some sort of idea why its taking so long?

I'm in the same boat as you at the moment... my system has been 'In Testing' since the 8th, but I'm not overly worried because as I see it, the more time it spends in there, the more stable and problem free it should be.
According to PC Specialist, if all is well on Monday morning, then it will be shipped that day

Thanks for the information, very helpful. Did it give a specific delivery date once the full process had finished or are you guessing it'll arrive Monday? With me working Monday to Friday I'm just a little worried I'll miss the delivery, probably need to book a day off work, my neighbours aren't that friendly.

Once it's dispatched its a next-day delivery service (well next working day) if you're in mainland UK, and you get updates from DPD as to when it'll be delivered.
DPD will not leave it at a neighbours house anyway so someone will need to be home to sign for it.
Thanks for the information. Little tricky all the same trying to guess when it'll arrive what with DPD I'm guessing sending an email the day before. Kinda short notice for me to be trying to book a day off work. Any suggestions from you lads and ladies would be appreciated.

if it is not a finance agreement you could try to change the delivery address to your workplace or pay extra to get it Saturday instead
Had thought of work place but isn't really practical. I work in a city center and park my car miles away to avoid the usual outragous city center parking prices plus the option for a weekend delivery I think was pushing me over my limited budget.
At the moment it's Monday to Friday Pre Noon.

I am sure you could call PCS and arrange a saturday delivery if it is has not been dispatched.
Presuming you have provided your phone number yes they send a text message early in the day informing you of the 1hr timeslot in which it will arrive.
Thanks, seems they still offer to rebook for another day so that's handy.
