would you be comfortable to take the RAM out and run the system with one stick after another? It might be, that one stick is faulty but the rest is fine. This way, if it is a hardware fault at all, we'd be able to exchange the damaged stick of RAM with a new one.
If you get in touch with us, it would be perfect if you could take pictures or even a video and send them over. This way we'll see where/why it's "wobbly" :)

I'm afraid in this case even we can't help. If the seller hasn't transferred the warranty over to you, Stevencao, we can't access the customer account or book your system in for a repair. Resetting of the BIOS password is not within our possibilities anyway (even if the seller calls).
